Thank you for choosing The Artesian Day Spa. We know you have
a choice of spas, and we appreciate your business. The information
below is intended to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable
as possible.
Your Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service time.
If you are running late, we appreciate being notified of the
delay. In order to respect our clients´ schedules, all
service visits must end at their scheduled times and
will still be charged at full price.
Please be advised:
- Men should shave in advance of facials, but not immediately
before the facial to prevent skin irritation.
- Shaving immediately before body scrubs or wrap treatments
is not recommended.
- Eating immediately prior to massage is not recommended.
Cancellations
There is no penalty for cancellation more than 48 hours in
advance of appointments for package and multiple services
or more than 24 hours in advance of a single service.
A credit card will be required to hold all
appointments for first time clients. Should you
have to cancel within the 24 or 48 hour time
requirement your credit card will be charged 50% of
the price if we can not fill your appointment time
with another client.
When you book a service with us we are guaranteeing
that you will have a therapist and room available and
we may also be turning away a guest who wished for
that same appointment time. All
"no-shows" (those who do not call to cancel
their appointment) will be charged 100% of the service
price.
House Rules & Payment Methods
The Artesian accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, and Discover.
Please note:
- As a courtesy to our spa guests, the use of cell phones and
pagers are NOT permitted in any area of the spa.
- The Artesian is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Please leave valuables at home if possible.
- To enhance the quiet and relaxing environment of our spa,
and for health and safety reasons, children under the age
of 13 are not permitted in the spa.
